These Terms govern your purchase and use of any Sentinel Algorithm product, including Expert Advisors, indicators, VPS hosting, and courses (collectively, "Products").
Sentinel Algorithm Products are software tools and services. You are purchasing a license to use the software as delivered, or access to a hosting/education service. You are not purchasing a guarantee of trading performance, and no Product constitutes financial advice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Product is licensed for use by the purchaser only. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing a Product without our written permission is not permitted.
You are solely responsible for how you configure, deploy, and use any Product, including any trades placed by an Expert Advisor on your account. We do not have access to your broker account and cannot place, modify, or cancel trades on your behalf.
We do not guarantee profits, specific win rates, or any particular trading outcome. Markets are inherently uncertain, and past behavior in testing does not predict future results.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of a Product over time. Where reasonably possible, we'll communicate material changes to affected customers.
