License Agreement

Grant of License

Upon successful payment, Sentinel Algorithm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license (except under a documented resale agreement) to install and use the purchased product strictly in accordance with the terms packaged with that product.

Permitted Uses

• Install and run the product on the trading account(s) covered by your license tier
• Use it for your own personal or business trading
• Receive updates covered under your product tier, at our discretion

Prohibited Uses

• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or extracting source code from any compiled file
• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, renting, or distributing the product without a documented resale agreement
• Posting the product on any public or private forum, file-sharing site, Discord, Telegram, or marketplace
• Removing or altering copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Claiming to be the creator or original author of the product
• Using the product to manage third-party funds without a separate written agreement

Purchase grants a license to use the software — not ownership of it. No right, title, or ownership interest in any product is transferred to you upon purchase.

Intellectual Property

All products, source code, documentation, module architecture, strategy names, and branding — including "Sentinel Algorithm" and any associated product names — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sentinel Algorithm. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action, including claims for copyright and trademark infringement.
